The flat is modern with its own front door.
Bedroom is a really good size with a double bed, desk, drawers and walk in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with myself and has a rain shower. The kitchen is a good size with 2 fridges, dish washer, hop and cooker. All cooking equipment ant utensils are available to use. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier. The flat has high speed Virgin Media broadband and an enclosed, secure garden.
The flat does not have a TV or licence at the moment.
