The room is furnished with a double bed, table, wardrobe, shelf and drawers. The house is shared with four other students and it is located in a very nice and quite neighbourhood (near Dodhope Park). The rent for the room is £320 for the month plus utility bills on top (which is usually about £30 per month). The house has two bathrooms so you will be sharing the bathroom with only one other person (bathroom has walk-in shower). The house has a garage for storage and a small back garden and a off-road parking space. The room is available for one month (June) but shorter stays 2-3 weeks can be arranged.
