Its a Double room in two bedroom flat. Located near city centre, 15 min walk to university and 10 min more to city centre. Near the flat you can find couple small shops. The area is quiet with parking spaces available.
The house is fully furnished and includes a cosy small kitchen with a fridge/freezer and a electronic stove, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine.
There is a bathroom with a shower as well as deep bath.
The hallway separates all rooms.
The leaving room is bright with fireplace and dinning table.

Bills are not included.
