My name is Callum, I'm 24 years old and work full time, My girlfriend stays at the flat occassionally when she attends Dundee university.
“I have a double room to rent in my home in Menzieshill. It’s a quiet area with plenty off street parking, We have local shops nearby and the main bus stop is very close. Ninewells Hospital can be viewed from the flat.
The room is furnished with single bed, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers, desk, chair and hanging rail.
The rent is £300 per month which includes Broadband/Internet. There will also be a 50% share of electricity to pay at the end of the month.
