Spare room to rent near city center

I am a female working professional in Dundee and I am renting out the spare room in my flat. I have a very friendly cat so may not be suitable for people with allergies. Ideally I am looking for a female flatmate. Not suitable for couples.

This room is only available in March April and May 2017

I am easy going and love to cook, my ideal night is socialising with friends or watching Netflix with a home cooked meal and a glass of wine.

This is a furnished double room including Bed, bedside cabinets chest of drawers and cupboards.

I have internet in the flat and a landline. The rent includes all bills in the flat.

There will be shared use of the newly renovated kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer etc), bathroom and living room which also includes a dining area.

The entire flat is fully furnished and the tenant can make use of all kitchen utensils and cooking equipment.

The flat is close to the universities and city center and is close to many bus routes.
