Very centric flat (5 min to bus station, Tesco) located behind of the Wellgate shopping centre. The place is quiet. I am very sociable, positive and cheerful but not party-hard guy just like go out time to time, the flat would be very relaxed, tidy and with nice views to the Tay Bridge. Avaible from now (December-January) and short terms are considered. The only thing is 3rd floor but any problem for a energetic active spirit person. We can arrange for view usually in afternoons or weekends, just WhatssApp me or send me an email!... The bills would be minor. I don´t know if I forget something important, just text me. My only require is no smokers please.
