Ensuite room in detached house semi rural area
Myself and my partner have a room to let in our house. It is a 3 bed detached house in a semi rural quiet area. All of the bedrooms are ensuite with double shower cubicles and there is a kitchen/living area and separate living room.
Absolutely no smokers but apart from that, no real preferences about who we would want to share with.
The room would probably be most suited to someone who only wants to stay some weekdays rather than having the room as their permanent home but we are open to anyone who is interested.
You definitely need to be a car owner but Dundee city centre is only 6 miles away.
