I am looking for a flatmate (preferably a Student) for a lease beginning at the latest June 2015, lasting until June 2016 (June is the latest as my current flatmate is moving out in June). The flat is located in Pitfour Street, Dundee, which is a 20 minute walk from town, with very frequent bus services connecting it to the rest of Dundee.

The room available for rent is the spacious Master Bedroom of the flat currently containing a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a double bed.

The rent for the flat is 250 pounds per person per calendar month not including bills. As the lease will be running over summer please ensure you have a reliable way of paying the rent.

I am open to anyone who wishes to live in the room, as long as you are willing to clean up after yourselves and be fun!
