My flatmate has just bought a house so I’m looking for a nice professional person to move into her room.

I’m a freelance Photographer & Graphic Designer, friendly, tidy and considerate.
I would like to find someone nice, easy going, friendly and tidy.
With my previous flatmates we have sometimes tried to shop together for food and cook for each other when ever convenient. As it saves a bit of money, end up wasting less and although I enjoy cooking it’s nice not to have to do it every night :-). So if you’re like minded that would be great but not essential.

Sorry no students (cos I would end up having paying more council tax, :-/ Sorry)
And sorry no couples, as the landlord doesn’t allow more than 2 people living here.
