Large bay fronted room in this beautiful Georgian house in Bath
Available for short-term MID-WEEK let 3 nights Mon-Wed or Tues-Thurs £100 or 4 nights Mon-Thurs £120
Would suit quiet, responsible, considerate professional needing to stay over 3 or 4 nights in Bath on work. This is not really a social flatshare as we want someone who will keep themselves to themselves in their room. The lounge and kitchen are not shared but making breakfast/meals in kitchen is OK. Our previous tenants have been middle-aged professionals interested mainly in a good nights sleep and some private space and eating out.
Shower and sink in room, exclusive toilet just down hall
15 mins walk to town centre and easy access to M4
In lovely village of Larkhall
Secure off-street parking, WiFi included
We will provide fresh linen and towels every two weeks
No smoking or regular late nights
Represents great value – B&B next door charging upwards of £180 a night
If you need to leave things between stays we have secure storage
Use of garden (assuming the weather permits !)
