My current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking to get someone in to take their place before they go. Its a spacious flat, it comes furnished and also has communal TV etc that will be staying. Rent does not include bills but these have consistently been low. Comes with a Garage which after selling my car earlier this year have no regular use for. Very close to town, about a 10 minute walk. The room that you would be getting has a large mirrored wardrobe as well a private shower actually built into the room.

Ideally looking for a working professional.

If you're interested I'm looking to hold viewings this week (Week Starting 23rd of April). Evenings are best for me for both the viewings and calls after 6: 30pm.
