Bath Double bed en-suite, private parking

The flat is part of an Edwardian House in a conservation area. The bedroom is available with it's own private shower room (with storage) and own parking space, (off rd). The flat is large and includes a separate shared dining room and living room. There is also a private garden, patio and a communal garden.

You can walk into the centre of Bath in 10 -15 minutes, it is uphill on the way back though! The bus to the University and to the RUH are 5 mins walk. You can also catch regular buses into town.

I am looking for a mature 28+ female who is sociable but enjoys their own space too. I have had five lodgers over the last 6 years all early 30s, staying for around a year before moving on, away from Bath. I'm fairly easy going, enjoy cooking, am tidy and enjoy a laugh with the odd glass of wine. The flat would suit someone who is similar, and appreciates a place to relax rather than party. Hope that doesn't sound too boring!!
Note: Council tax not included. Not suitable for someone who works night shifts.
