Front room

The room is located in the front bay of the house. It has a single bed. It is ideally suited for a female, due to it being a day bed with a 'girlie?'white metal frame. However, anyone welcome. The room has period features, including a fireplace. There are shelves, a chest of drawers and a space to hang clothes. We are a professional female and a student daughter. She is 17. We are both busy and quite quiet. The house could be considered bohemian, shabby chic....and a work in progress. We have another professional male lodger. He is also busy, and quiet.
He is moving out on the 16th June. Therefore, I will have 2 rooms available if anyone want to move in with a friend,
