Cosy Room in friendly House Share, Bath

We have a double room up for grabs in a house share Bath as I'm moving out :(

The room is the one pictured (it can come furnished though this will need to be discussed - double bed, cupboard etc).

We have a lovely big kitchen and chill out area which is the real selling point of this house (it's what we fell in love with). If you enjoy cooking, this house will be ideal for you - very well equipped kitchen and you're more than welcome to use any appliances etc.

We have a garden and patio, on-street parking outside the house, washing machine as well as lots of mod-cons, internet, a big media server with loads of movies on, piano, instruments etc (all of which you're welcome to).

The house is just off London road (quiet area). It takes 15 mins to walk to the centre of Bath, 20-25 to walk to the train station (I commute to Bristol for work). It has a wonderful view over the whole city (from our garden).

The house comes free with 2 friends (both females) in their 20s (22 & 28, professionals), looking for somebody to come in and make themselves at home.

We enjoy cooking, photography, all sport, music, baking etc. We are easy going and very keen to meet some new people so come and have a look around. Like I said, if you want somewhere cosy that genuinely feels like home and not somewhere that you have to hide in your room, then come and have a look around.
