Luxury maisonette (two level with garden downstairs). This has two separate entrances so you can have your own entrance to the flat. The bedroom is very big with modern furniture in it if required. There is two built in cupboards, a big wardrobe, book shelf, chest of drawers, two side tables huge georgian windows and a king size bed. The bathroom is huge with shower and roll top bath.

Big kitchen fully stocked with microwave, large oven, all kitchen utensils that you can dream of (george foreman/blender/toastie machine/pressure cooker and more) LOTS of storage.

Enormous sitting room with sky plus television/netflix/bang and olufsen surround sound/apple TV/ corner sofa.

We also have a cleaner who does the entire flat twice a week.

There is one 25 year old man living in the flat looking for a person to rent the room. I am easy to live with and like a quiet household.
