The flat occupies the ground floor of a large house. With a large communal living room, large equipped kitchen, recently refitted bathroom, three bedrooms and a medium sized garden to the rear. Free off road parking is available at the front off the house.

Current flat mates include one female and one male, both young professionals, outgoing, social and respectful, working social hours. We are both independent and busy people pursuing our careers and social interest, but also socialise together when possible.

Ideally suited to a young professional, but others will certainly be considered.
