Pleasant, spacious bedroom with en-suite shower room offered between Monday evening and Friday morning, very close to the city centre.
You are welcome to leave belongings in the room over the weekend.

I will consider a full-time lodging arrangement for a few months. In this case, the rent would be £650 pcm. and the deposit would be £400, for one person (please contact to discuss).

There is a comfortable king-size bed, desk, TV, chair, drawers and hanging space.
The house is in a quiet street to the south of Bath 10 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes walk from the City centre. Bear Flat is 5 minutes up the road, with a useful Co-op store and the lovely Alexandra Park is just beyond.
It is extremely convenient for someone working in town and using public transport.

Parking is free between 6pm and 8am. Previous lodgers have always been able to park easily after 6pm but, outside these times, you would have to find parking further afield.

Bedding and towel washed for you once a fortnight.
Cleaning of bedroom and shower room once a fortnight.
Kitchen facilities - microwave oven, fridge and drawer for breakfast, drinks and snacks/heating up only, not for cooking full meals

Cost per calendar month:-
£450 for 4 nights a week

Suitable for a considerate, communicative and environmentally-aware person who appreciates that this is a well-loved and well-cared for home, not just a cheap hotel substitute! Visitors are always amazed at how peaceful it is even though it is so close to the city centre.

I request proof of home address and place of work and ask you to sign a lodging agreement that sets out our terms. We will need to meet up before you start lodging. Finally, I always start with a trial period of one month so that we can both see if it works for us.
