Room In Bedminster For Rent

I have a double bed room for rent 10 minutes walk from north st, situated 10 mins drive from both city centre and the airport. The room is furnished. There is extra storage/ cupboard space out side of your room if you need it (mainly for the girls)..

The house has a new kitchen, modern bathroom with shower and big ass bath, sitting room with working gas fire and TV, dining room, the house is clean and newly decorated to a high standard. The garden is a good size, great for BBQs, due to it catching the sun from 2pm till dusk. The house has all mod cons I. e. wireless broadband, all kitchen appliances virgin TV package and street parking which never is a problem.

I'm a lighting technician for TV and film, I work away most weeks (back at weekends) so you would pretty much have the house to yourself. I really enjoy exercise and the out doors. I'm easy to get on with and laid back. i really like playing squash and mountain biking, so if your into fitness or sports that would be good. i don't want a couch potato for a house mate.....
