Double room (12'x10') available for Monday - Friday rent in ground floor flat, sharing with 36 year old female professional (flat owner).

£400 is based on a Monday - Friday share but I would also be interested in full-time short term lets (up to 3 months), and the price for this is £600.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers, side table and lamp.

Shared use of kitchen, living room and bathroom. Wi-fi available, BT Vision, washing machine.

10-15 minutes' walk to Temple Meads, 10-15 minutes' walk to city centre. 24 hour Asda is a few minutes' walk away and Bedminster has its own high street.

All bills included. I use the parking space for the flat, however, if you wish to rent your own parking space from one of the other residents here that is usually possible (£50 per month standard charge).

Please note: the pets are 2 gerbils. They live in a cage in the corner in the living room.

I work Monday - Friday from home. I'm relatively quiet / tidy.
