Sunny double room in Bishopston 4-person house
We are two girls one guy, 25-32. We're looking for someone friendly and of a similar age who wants to share our house not to just rent a room. Two of us are teachers and one is a wildlife TV researcher, so we're pretty quiet during the week, but enjoy our weekends.
The room is a good sized unfurnished double at the front of the house. The house is on a quiet road 5 minutes walk from Gloucester Road. We have a large sunny garden, with a fire pit and a modest veg patch. We have a decent kitchen with a separate larder and a lovely sitting room with a fireplace.
The total bill is £430 including bills (internet, council tax etc.). This is a private let so there's no agency fee but there is a ~£60 processing fee and a deposit. The let starts on the weekend of 4th April and the contract is for 6 months and then a one month rolling contract.
If you're interested please send a message with a bit about yourself and when you could come view the room.
