Room to Rent in Spacious Victorian House

We are looking for a new female housemate over 25 to join our home for at least 12 months ideally. 😊

We like to keep the place feeling homely, clean and relaxed. We're a pretty active group, all young female professionals, ages 25-30, but we like to catch up while making/eating dinner or to watch movies etc.

The house is a large Victorian five bedroom, but only four of the bedrooms are being used. (The 5th is kept as a spare room to keep things spacious and relaxed.) All the bedrooms are warm and cozy.

Each of the rooms have a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and nightstand and you're free to add shelving and hang pictures. Ratio of two bedrooms to each bathroom.

The ground floor has a living room, a dining room + reception area, a study, a kitchen with two fridge freezers, and utility room with dishwasher, washer + dryer. There's also a fairly big back garden with a decking area and plenty of seating (we like to grow flowers, fresh veg and fruit too, so bonus if you like gardening).

Street parking is usually easy to find in front or behind the house, but there's also a driveway.

The Gloucester Road area is a fantastic part of Bristol. Lots of pubs, shops, gyms (one is 20 steps out the back door) and endless things to do. Also really close to St. Andrews park. The local area is very family friendly and quiet, and is nicely set back from Gloucester road, while still only a one minute walk to the shops.

We are looking for someone clean, tidy, friendly and excited to join our house. 🙂
