About my home- it's a modern flat with studio kitchen lounge with breakfast bar, kitchen has all the mod cons including fitted dish washer, fridge freezer washer dryer ect.. Your room is next door to the main bathroom with bath and shower I occupy a double room with en-suite. There are patios out onto a garden.
About me! I'm a single professional 34 year old that is very clean and tidy, sociable and at ease with most I meet. I have a full time job that takes me away a lot so half of the month you will have the flat to yourself.
Please ask if any more info is needed, all I ask for is a deposit, references to include job and previous lodgings. Signed contract will be supplied. Rent is plus bills which are only the electricity, Gas and water, £280 is inclusive of all other costs.
