Large sunny double room available

I have a large double room in a lovely Victorian house situated on the Bath Road. There are bus routes directly to Bristol and Bath and its a twenty minute walk to Temple Meads or a ten minute drive. There is a Sainsburys, cinema, bowling alley and plenty of other shops and a few pubs and bars all in walking distance. The room is fully furnished with a double bed. There is Virgin cable TV and wireless internet. There is a very large shared living room that the tenants can use. It looks slightly different than the photograph now because it has a double bed in it along with a two seater sofa and an arm chair. My son, 2 whippets and myself have a living room of our own. There is a breakfast room that has 2 fridge freezers and a large chest freezer and a large fridge. Gas cooker and 2 combi microwaves. There is a downstairs toilet and shower and upstairs there is a bathroom with a corner bath. At the back of the house there is a large beautiful garden with a patio which is next to a large park. All bills are included. I live with my 2 dogs, adult son and two lodgers, one who has lived here for over 20 years and another who has lived here on and off for 20 years. We consider this a home rather than a shared house. We are looking for lodger that likes dogs and is happy to live in a quiet friendly household.
