Double bedroom available in two-bed flat

I'm looking for someone to rent a large double bedroom in our lovely bright flat (available from the beginning of June). Furnished (double bed, desk, chest of drawers and a set of shelves). Shared bathroom (with shower over the bath). Council Tax and bills (water, electricity, gas and Internet) are all included in the rent. The security deposit would be of £312. 50. Parking space is available in the nearby streets.
Would prefer a professional, but I'm happy to consider students (as long as you're friendly and clean :) ) (No couples and no smokers)

There's a big Sainsbury's just 5 minutes away, and it's a short walk to the Avonmeads retail park.

As for me, I'm 23 and just started a new job after finishing my Masters. I work remotely for a design company (so I'll will probably work from home at least a few days during the week). Apart from that, I like good food, watching far too many films and the occasional pint out.
