Lovely double in Brislington

We have one lovely double room available in our house in Brislington. You'd be sharing with us (a professional couple) and our other housemate, Federico.

The room is fully furnished and we can provide bedding and towels if necessary. There is a double bed, shelves, desk, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

The house has broadband, tv and a landline. Our two lodgers share their own fridge and have some freezer space. You would have access to all communal areas of the house - living room, kitchen, garden etc.

It is on the number 1 bus route to Temple Meads and the centre of town (runs every 5 minutes at peak times, 10 minutes to Temple Meads, slightly longer to the centre). We have off street parking and a garage to put a bike in (it's a 3 mile cycle to the centre). There is a good Co-op supermarket 2 minutes walk round the corner and a large Sainsburys a short drive away.

We are looking for a professional housemate who sees the house as a quiet space to relax in the evening, but also enjoys being friendly and sociable with others in the house. Unfortunately our contents insurance prevents us from taking any students (including PhD) or couples - sorry.

The price is £450 including all bills.

We have an adorable kitten, Lara. She is fully house-trained and we take all responsibility for her care.

The room is available from 5th October.
