Hey there lovely house hunters!

We are a friendly professional house share, situated in Bishopston just off the trendy and popular Gloucester Road, seeking two new recruits, preferably one Girl and one Boy.

There are currently two gorge housemates living at the property, a 27 yr old young lady called Saz, and a 22 yr old gentleman called Santi. We like to socialise as a house, have the occasional roast/summer BBQ, nip to the local, or head into town, or try and get to the theatre, even hunt out some good music gigs, but also respect one another’s privacy! We consider this as a home and not a house and we have developed a family feel about the place. We are looking for like minded professionals between 22-30. Preferably English speaking who like to have a good giggle!

Bedroom 1) Available to rent from June 17th 2013

This lovely light and airy spacious double bedroom comes with a Bay Window and decorative fire place. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, large wardrobe, shelves and a storage unit.

The monthly rent is £385, and this includes Gas, electric and water. Council tax and Virgin Media broadband are paid separately at around £46 per month. The house is also fully furnished.

Bedroom 2) Available to rent August 1st 2013 (potentially can be earlier if required)

The gorgeous bedroom is a smaller but bright and cheery double bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, shelves and three storage units.

The monthly rent is £340, and this includes Gas, electric and water. Council tax and Virgin Media broadband are paid separately at around £46 per month. The house is also fully furnished.

Please be aware there will be a one off agency fee, and a deposit.
