House in Bedminster within walking distance from Bristol centre, near Victoria park and a local shopping street (Bedminster parade).
We are a fairly laid back bunch, looking for a housemate who'd be on the tidy side in shared areas and not too noisy. The individual rooms are not large, but the house has a common room with a TV, so we often have dinner while watching a show and have movie nights now and again.
All current residents of the house are very much into Salsa dancing :)
Our landlord covers half the agency fee for newcomers, so it's 150 pounds rather than 300
It is a requirement of the agency that any new tenants are already employed full-time.
