I am offering a well-presented double bedroom in a beautiful fully-furnished two bedroom apartment. Both rooms are currently available. I'm looking for two people to move in between Monday 12th June and 4th July 2021 who want to stay until the end of September at least.

The room has a super comfortable king-size double bed, a spacious wardrobe with drawers, a large chest of drawers, a desk and a chair. I am offering it for rent at £525 pcm with a security deposit of £1050.

The flat has a very central location with excellent transport links. It's a 2 minute walk from Stokes Croft, a 5 minute walk from Cabot Circus (the main shopping area in Bristol City Centre), and a 20 minute walk from the University of Bristol. There is a bus route to UWE so it is also easy to commute there. It is about 20 - 25 minutes walk to/from Temple Meads Railway Station, 10 minutes walk to/from Bristol Coach Station, and 5 minutes walk to/from the Megabus stop.

The flat has one bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchen and living room are open plan with a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a gas hob and an electric fan-assisted oven. The sound and thermal insulation are excellent - meaning that it is quiet, peaceful, warm and cosy.

There is street parking and the building has secure bicycle storage.
