The room is on the 1st floor, other tennants are easy-going, friendly and considerate. The house is situated close to the ring road, Emersons Green, Fishponds, Kingswood, Downend, Frenchay. Also bus stop within short walking distance to the centre and other areas including St Matthias campus and the University of the West of England. TESCO is within 10 mins walking distance. There is a lovely small garden and plenty of storage space for a bike and off-street parking for a car.
