The house is a 4 bedroom semi detached house in a quiet road. House is well equipped, well maintained, clean and tidy. There is a pleasant south facing rear garden that is tended to on a regular basis

There is a large lounge diner with tv and wifi. There is also a conservatory and room which can be used as a drying room on those wet days!

The property also benefits from a fortnightly communal cleaner (however, you are expected to clean up after yourself!) and gardener.
