Located close to imperial park and Hengrove leisure park with good transport links to the city centre.
There is no off street parking available, but there are spaces on the road. The house is shared with myself and my partner.(landlords) looking for a working professionals to rent the room for three months(February-April)

The rent includes all bills including Internet, council tax and electric and gas bills.
