It is also within walking and cycling distance of Rolls Royce, Aviva, Royal Mail, MOD, BAE, Aztec West, Cribbs Causeway, and UWE.

The housemates are sociable and often head out for films, food and drinks locally or take the short trip into town at the weekend.

The house comes with a large sunny garden that is perfect for BBQs in the summer (although the odd winter BBQ can be good fun too). There is a large kitchen with a 8 gas hob Range cooker, two fridges, two freezers, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space.
