Lovely, Sneyd Park house share, with prof female

A quirky detached property in a beautiful location within a conservation area, with large gardens, off street parking and a large shed for storage.

The room advertised is a large double that comes with some built in storage shelves.

The house itself has one other double bedroom (mine), and two single rooms that would be good for making in to a second living room perhaps. A very large main living room with French doors leading to a 'secret garden' at the side of the house. Separate toilet, bathroom with shower over bath, good size kitchen with all usual white goods.

I am a professional female who was until recently sharing this property with my partner, but now having separated, I am looking for someone to share this lovely home and help with running costs. I work hard in the week but certainly like to let my hair down at the weekend!

I like my privacy to a certain extent, so would prefer someone that is a friendly, tidy and easy going professional, who would like to share a glass of wine of an evening, however equally likes a balance when it comes to having time to themselves.

I have a 12 year old cat who is quite timid at first but very affectionate once she gets to know you. So you would need to like animals and someone who would like to give her a smooth when you see her!

You would need to be in a position to sign a new tenancy agreement with me, so would require a 4 weeks rent security deposit for the landlord.
