Large first floor double room available in mansion house just off Clifton Downs. You’d be sharing with a group of 10 other young professionals. Nice mix of boys and girls who enjoy a few drinks on the weekends but are relatively chilled out during the week.

House is very social, always people to hangout with, but at the same time it’s easily big enough to have your own space. You’ll also never feel like you’re intruding if you have people/partners around etc.

The room itself is great; red wooden floors and also comes with its own sofa and chair, wardrobe, desk and drawers. It’s one of the biggest rooms in the house, so you’d be getting a lot of space for your money. The room is also surprisingly warm for its size, as is the rest of the house.

The property is massive and is situated in a lovely neighbourhood and only a short walk to Whiteladies Road. There is also a large garden at the rear, which regularly plays host to BBQs in the summer, not to mention the Downs literally 100 yards around the corner.

The bottom two floors share a large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms – one on each floor. The top floor is actually technically a separate flat with own kitchen and bathroom etc, however everyone in the property generally mixes together.

In addition, parking is also surprisingly convenient, we have a drive and there’s also always room on the road. Finally the house boasts a large basement where we’re able to store anything like bikes, surfboards or surplus furniture etc.

As already stated, bills are included – everything – and includes Virgin fibre optic broadband.
