In the morning take a 20 minute bus journey (from inner zone bus stop £1.50 a day) past Temple Meads, into Victoria Street BS1, allowing easy access to Harborside, Broadmead, Cabots, Park Street, and BRI Hospital. Cycle distance 3 miles (will also take about 20 minutes)

The house is well served by local amenities - with a convenience store, cashpoint, takeaway and chemist, within a short walk.
