Small double room in home with a cat

Hello!

I'm looking for a housemate to join me and my lovely cat. I'm open to 7 days, or Monday-Friday.

The room I have spare is a small furnished double (4ft bed). There is a shared bathroom, large living room, brand new kitchen & separate dining room. There is also a good size garden, although it's a little overgrown at the moment! The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with lovely neighbours. I'm asking for £450 a month including all bills, or £400 if it's just Monday-Friday. I have a dishwasher and a washing machine, plus unlimited broadband & sky tv.

The house is 2 minutes walk from St George's park and a corner shop, is a 10 min walk from Church Road, & a 15 mins bus ride to the city centre (there's a bus stop at the end of the road).
It's also only about 15 mins walk to Lawrence Hill train station.

I'm ideally looking for someone who enjoys relaxing and eating together in the evenings, but who can also respect the need for space at times!

The room is available from 1st March.
