Double - Near UoB suit Student

Quiet room in central Bristol close to the UoB campus. Would suit mature minded student looking for a place of calm while studying.

I’m also a student and there is 1 other person living in the flat aged 26 years.

The room has great views, a double bed, wardrobe, tall set of drawers and a bedside cabinet plus trunk for bedding storage. All bedding and towels are provided. A desk is also available.

There won't be any fees, although I will take 1 months deposit. The tenancy start date is around the middle of February and the length of tenancy 8 months minimum.

All bills will be 100% managed by me, giving you flexibility to just move in and move out at the end of your contract. This a property with a great homely feel.

Respectful and mature lodgers only i. e. no party animals.

Me: Down to earth landlord looking for a social lodger, but a lodger who is mindful that this is my home and will need to respect my privacy / need for space on occasion. Regular hours are also a must, if you'll be arriving in the early hours of the morning it is disturbing to flat mates and other neighbours.

It is important to me that I find the right person to move in, so if you can get in touch and tell me a bit about yourself, I will choose a few people to come over for tea before deciding.
