Double room over looking garden - St George

I am looking for a friendly lodger to share a house with. Im situated right next to the lovely St George Park, a few minutes walk to the locals shops and delis, cafes and bars and bus routes. 15 min walk to Lawrence Hill Station and 30 to Templemeads. 45 min walk to town or 15 min on a bike on the cycle path. Plenty of bike storage in & out.

The shared living area consists of a large open plan dining room and lounge with open fire place.

There is a fairly decent sized garden, I'm trying to grow all my own so you'd be welcome to lovely organic home grown veg!
I'm an easy going Italian chef, working the hours of 1 to 11pm so if you do work 9-5, you will have the house to yourself most nights.... and I’m very quiet when I come in :)

Couples welcome however bills will need to be adjusted.
