room with own bathroom (bills inc)

My current lodger is moving out early October (date yet to be fully confirmed). Therefore, I am looking for a professional female who is tidy, quiet, considerate leads an active lifestyle to share my flat with.

The room has a small double bed, a double wardrobe and separate chest of drawers. The bathroom is opposite the bedroom which has a bath and shower. The flat is 3 years old so very clean and tidy.

The lounge is open plan with a kitchen diner area and is very bright and airy with a fair size balcony. There is super-fast broadband and a TV port in the room if needed.

Note: I will also consider a Monday to Friday let.

The flat is situated right near the mall (M & S end) and has good transport links to the city centre and Mod etc. and walking to distance to Aztec west. Parking is available if you drive and there is a bike shed if you cycle.

About me: I work as physiotherapist in the private sector. i lead a active lifestyle doing gym; walking the dogs (family); do a charity job and study. Like most people I like to socialise with friends and chill preferring to listen to music than watch TV (unless there is something interesting on).
You don't have to be a vegetarian but I am so great if you are as well!
