Large double bedroom to rent in top floor newly refurbished flat with flexible move in date! The property is situated in the Redland area and has lovely views over Bristol and the Clifton Downs.

We are looking to find a friendly and sociable young(ish) professional to live with. I say we because 3 of my good friends are living in the flat below (Kate, Matt and Tom). We basically all live together as we are often socialising in each other's living room/kitchen, cooking, watching movies, going to the pub and playing table football (yes we have a table...).

The room includes:

- New double bed base and mattress
- Large Wardrobe
- Large Chest of drawers
- Double glazed sash windows
- Cleaner for communal areas within flat once a month.

The kitchen and living room is brand new and fully equipped, however, please feel free to bring any bits and pieces that may be useful!

The property has a huge garden at the back (we even have a veg patch..) but also has the benefit of Bristol's equivalent of Hyde Park at its doorstep. Great for bbqs, running, cycling etc.

It's about a 40min walk into town or a 10min bike ride. There is a bus stop 1min walk away, which has a bus going into town every 5-10 mins.
