Double room in lovely 2-bed house in Henleaze

My housemate is moving out at the end of August to start a PhD up in Liverpool, but as our little house is so lovely I am looking for a new housemate to move in at the start of September and share the tenancy with me.

The available room is a good sized, furnished double room with big windows and lots of light. There is a shared bathroom (which is always kept clean), downstairs toilet, kitchen and bright, cosy lounge. The house has a small driveway at the front with space for two cars, and there is a lovely little garden out the back which is great in the summer.

The house is on a little estate set back from the main road (so is very peaceful) and also in a great location in Henleaze: right next to a big Tescos, not far from the Gloucester Road and close to Southmead Hospital.

I am really busy a lot of the time with work but it would be nice to find a professional, relaxed, clean and tidy housemate who is up for a cup of tea and a chat at the end of the day, or a glass of wine on weekends with a movie.
