Great Post Grad student house on Ashley Down Road has 4 double bedrooms available from 10th Sept on Individual FIXED TERM TENANCY Contracts for male FULL TIME POST GRAD STUDENTS (masters or phd etc).

The Tenancy will run from around 10th September 2016 until 8th September 2017. All Contracts are individual.

The house has been successfully let only to male postgrads in recent years & it creates a great atmosphere for continuing your studies, but in a nicer & calmer environment than an undergraduate house!!

There are already 2 PhD's (Sam & Dave) who are really great guys & are staying on in the house this year and we will be filling the remaining 4 rooms for the new term with 4 new tenants who will be new & moving in around 10th September.

All rooms are double & the following are all available:

Room 1: £360 pcm - Huge loft room with its own sink area & fridge
Room 2: £355 pcm - Very Large bay fronted room on the 1st floor with its own sink area & fridge
Room 3: £355 pcm - Very Large bay fronted room on the ground floor with its own sink area & fridge
Room 4: £300 pcm - Double room on 1st floor with garden view

The rooms are fully furnished & perfect for male post graduate students in Bristol (University of Bristol & University of West of England).

There is a simple & quick cleaning rota to keep the house clean & tidy. The house has a full fire alarm & safety lighting system and has been checked & licensed by Bristol Council.

The house is on Ashley Down Road, which is extremely popular with students & young professionals. It is a great location with easy access to University of Bristol & UWE, pubs nearby & Gloucestershire cricket ground over the road.

The vibrant Gloucester Road with its great bus links, pubs, shops & restaurants is only a few minutes walk away.
