Great double room in beautiful house just off the Bath Rd. We'd love to meet you! Great room in large, luxurious house sharing with lovely people! Available from April 7th. We are a hard-working family with only one child (7). The upshots of this are no more inconsiderate, noisy or messy housemates. We keep house well and have had a number of happy housemates stay with us. If you are the right person eg a mature student looking for peace and quiet to focus or a professional seeking to keep costs down then we can provide a welcoming home.

Your double bedroom is large, light-filled and super-cosy! The room has adouble bed and a rail, shelves and set of drawers for your clothes and things.
We're looking for a friendly and dependable person to share with us (who likes kids and our two affectionate cats). The house is clean, well-maintained, full of character and spacious.
Large garden for Summer BBQs; a really relaxing place to come home to after a hard day's work.
Newsagent/grocer on corner; near to two supermarkets. Easy stroll to cinema, swimming pool, gym and park. If going out in town doesn't appeal then locally we have Bocabar (nice pints, good pizza/tapas, jazz, Brazilian and lounge DJ nights), the Thunderbolt (friendly bar/live music venue), the Banco Lounge (tranquil, candlelit food and booze emporium) and the Star and Dove (great pub in Totterdown). Convenient for both Bath and Bristol if you work in one and socialise in the other.
We don't smoke. We rent for 450 pcm (inclusive of utility bills, t wireless broadband, and council tax). Recently-tuned piano if you're musical!
