Weston Avenue is a quiet cul de sac of Victorian terraced houses.
The house is quiet and clean and tidy and has been shared by a mix of
working professionals in their 20's or early 30's.
Although the rooms are let on individual contracts, I'm concerned
as a landlord that the mix of people is right and everybody gets
on together and more of a single household feel is created.
For this reason I give any existing tenants a say in who moves in,
Rather than me just placing someone in a room arbitrarily. If you
are interested (have a look at the video tour etc) you would need
to meet any other occupants. Council Tax & Water rates are included in the rent, but gas & electric are shared with the other flatmates on key & card meters (quite cheap between four)
Super fast Broadband is provided by the existing tenants. You might need to pay another £40 per month on top for everything.
By the way, there are good shops very close by and the local bus routes are also very good. Parking is freely available in the street and around.
