Washing machine and kitchen utensils provided. Safe neighbourhood, close to good transport links and amenities. 20-minute walk to Temple Meads or City centre. No bike storage. Car parking on road outside house.

Someone who enjoys sharing and living with others, as well as appreciates peaceful private time. Prefer graduate or professional, someone who works normal office hours away from home. Please note - this is a shared house, not just a room rental. Current housemates will need to meet the new housemate before they move in. We like to cook/eat together sometimes, watch occasional movies, go out for a few drinks, and maybe picnics in the summer.
