Double room in detached house near BristolAirport

Mother and daughter have a large spacious double room available in our large country cottage. We are looking for a friendly professional person to help out with rent either 7 days a week/weekdays. Would be ideal for an airport worker or professional who travels a lot! We are pretty easygoing, love art, music, going to gigs, and watching films, and we keep a clean house.

This extended cottage is over a century old, but has been extensively refurbished to a modern standard. Double Bedroom is large and furnished, and has access to a shared bathroom with a large bath/shower combo. We have a living room with a working fireplace, a spacious kitchen/dining area, plus a huge garden with a patio. There is broadband, freesat tv, oil heating, and solar hot water.

There is also a large driveway and separate parking area with space for 2 cars.

House is situated in village of Winford, which is ideally located near Bristol Airport, and just a 15min drive to Bristol/30 min to Bath. Would be suited to most professional people working in local area, although will need own car as public transport isnt brilliant, although it is possible to cycle into the city. Neighbourhood is very friendly, lots of community events, with a nice village pub. Road and aeroplanes can be a little noisy however tall hedges and thick stone walls mostly cut this out.

We do own cats, but these are kept largely outside and are not allowed upstairs.
