We live in a first floor maisonette within a large Victorian house only 2 mins from town centre and M5 and 5 minute walk to the sea-front. Large kitchen/diner with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc and large comfortable sitting room, WiFi. Shared bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
We are a married couple in our 50's, very sociable and easy going, also have a very laid back cat, and have had a number of lodgers over the past few years.
Mon-Fri preferred but we can be flexible if it is a short term let.
