Are you looking for an alternative to hotels if you stay in Bristol during the week only?

£80 fixed for each week - Monday to Thursday nights only. Full payment for the week regardless of how many nights you stay. Occasional additional nights (£20) may be added by prior arrangement.

Double bedroom available from 3 October. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.

Off street parking available between 5pm and 9am. A permit scheme is in operation during working hours.

Just off Whiteladies Road and near to the Triangle so very handy for the BBC, Lloyds TSB and HBOS buildings at Harbourside and the BRI.

Wifi available and bedding supplied if needed.

One female owner looking for a Monday to Friday lodger - no minimum or maximum stay

Ideally you should be a commuter who arrives Monday morning/evening with a suitcase and leaves the room clear as you would a hotel on a Friday - so I can use the room at weekends for visitors.

For allergy sufferers/cat lovers please note I do have two cats.
