I am moving into my own flat and so there is a room becoming available in this fantastic flat (I have been here over two years and loved it!).

ABOUT THE FLAT:
The flat is spacious (pretty huge!), light and bright, and well furnished. It is in a fantastic Clifton location five mins walk from The Triangle.

The room is a large double (bigger than it looks in the pics) and includes bed and wardrobe/drawers - but space for your own things too and flat has good storage.

There is a modern kitchen with dining area, and it includes dishwasher, washing machine etc. The bathroom has bath with shower over and underfloor heating. The living room is big, with a lovely sunny balcony off it.

Parking permits are available from the local council if you have a car and there is bike storage in ground floor hall.

CURRENT HOUSEMATE:
Current housemate is female, 29, creative professional working in Bath with lots of friends in Bristol... She is friendly, sociable and easy going/easy to get along with. She works hard and so relatively quiet in the week but up for a glass of wine and likes getting out and about. She likes travel, music, is creative and likes to keep fit.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
Anyone interested in the room must be full time employed, regular working hours preferred. Someone around the same age as the current housemate would be preferable - and ideally no younger than 27.

Bills aren't included and are around £155pcm (includes council tax, gas, electric, water, internet, TV licence etc).

You would sign a form to take over my current contract, which runs until the end of March, and is renewable on a monthly basis after that. Landlord is relaxed and helpful - he registers deposits with the DPS for protection.
