Fantastic Clifton Flat

Hello

We are Harriet and Ellie and we are looking for a new room mate due to our current flatmate Hannah leaving to move to Leeds. We are 2 young professional females seeking a 3rd professional female to join our clean, tidy and friendly home.

The room for rent is a double room with a shared bathroom living/dining room and kitchen. The rent is £425 per month plus £100 each for bills

We love having girly nights in socialising with a bottle of wine. We both work locally and enjoy doing things as a flat. At the moment Ellie is volunteering in Uganda but is back in May, so Hannah and Harriet will be conducting viewings - although Skype chats are possible!

The flat is conveniently located on Beaufort road just off Whiteladies Road about a 40 min walk from the city centre and a 15 min walk into Clifton village or the Clifton triangle.
